Diseñador

Charles-Edouard Jeanneret (1887-1965), known as Le Corbusier, is considered one of the clearest exponents of the Modern Movement in architecture and one of the most influential architects of the twentieth century. He began his apprenticeship as engraver and engraver at the School of Art of La Chaux-de-Fonds, in Switzerland. In Paris, he worked in the studio of Auguste Perret, architect pioneer in the technique of construction in reinforced concrete. He traveled to Germany to study the architectural trends of that country, where he worked in the office of Peter Behrens, coinciding with Ludwig Mies van der Rohe and Walter Gropius.
Tireless worker, he made innumerable projects that branded later generations of architects. In addition to a great architect and painter, he was an eminent theorist of architecture, as well as an admired furniture designer.
