Description
Designed by Charles & Ray Eames in the 1950 year. Vitra's Plastic Armchairs were presented for the first time as part of the "Low Cost Furniture Design" contest at the Museum of Modern Art in New York. The organic shape of the plastic seat shell was later combined with different bases, producing millions of copies.
In its current version of polypropylene, the Armchairs offer even greater comfort.
Details: Dyed polypropylene seat shell. Polished die-cast aluminum base, without seat cushion.
