Product description

As simple as bright, the compositional and functional justifications for the Quattrotto table by Angelo Mangiarotti lie in the beauty and magic of geometry. An ideal square table for four that extends to accommodate eight people.
When building triangles (such as extensions) along the sides of the table, double the number of people who can sit around. The legs, which in the closed version are placed at the ends of the tabletop, are placed in the central sections in the open design, which provides more space.
Details: The table without extensions has a measure of 100 x 100 cm and with extensions it is extended to a dimension of 147 x 147 cm. Dark oak table finish.

Brand

Agape has expanded its horizons to cover the entire home environment, offering a new brand, AgapeCasa, with a range of products for all stays.
With the Mangiarotti Collection, AgapeCasa enters the domestic furniture sector: chairs, tables, containers. Manufactured according to schemes and models of the study of Angelo Mangiarotti and updated (there are pieces between the years 50 and 90) in terms of techniques and production processes, all the pieces share a careful care in detail, almost handmade precision, and the care to the materials.
Works in wood, leather, steel, marble. His lines call for special attention to those features that too often go unnoticed: the curvature of the marble in the Clizia or that of the seat in the Tre 3 chair, which has three legs; the way in which the inverted uves that hold the Cavalletto bookshelf are arranged over each other; or the double steel tube at the base of P71.
Naharro furniture is official distributor of the furniture brand AgapeCasa with exhibition in its stores in Madrid and online store, where you can see and buy your entire catalog.

Diseñador

Angelo Mangiarotti (Milan, 1921-2012) graduated in Architecture at 1948 at the Politecnico di Milano and between 1953 and 1954 he works in the United States, where he meets Frank Lloyd Wright, Walter Gropius, Mies van der Rohe and Konrad Wachsmann.
There, he opens an architecture firm together with Bruno Morassutti until 1960. While working as an architect, whose works are published in books, specialized magazines and newspapers, he has an intense didactic activity carried out in different Italian and foreign universities.
Mangiarotti, as a designer, gives plastic art a very important role. The objective of his research, which is always carried out with careful respect for the characteristics of the material, is the definition of the shape of the object as a quality of the material.
Naharro furniture distributes the pieces manufactured by different brands of furniture and designed by Angelo Mangiarotti in its stores in Madrid and online shop, with delivery and assembly service throughout Spain. Ask us any additional information.
