Product description

When Finn Juhl designed a house or an interior, his goal was to create the so-called "Gesamtkunstwerk"; a work of art of humanistic inspiration that makes use of all or many forms of art. In his work, he translated into a philosophy where furniture and space became a well-balanced unit. Unlike many of his fellow architects, Finn Juhl worked from an inside-out approach, beginning with the function of each room and how that was reflected in his interior design before focusing on the exterior.
At 1953, Finn Juhl designed a wall-mounted panel and shelving system that complemented his interior designs in a very sophisticated way. The system of suspended panels transformed the walls into an integrated part of the overall design.
Today, the suspended panel system remains a modern and practical solution for dynamic storage.
The flexible system allows cabinets and shelves to move independently with unlimited combinations of wood (oak, walnut, Oregon pine and teak), colors and even fabrics available.
Details: Price for the composition in walnut formed by 2 side panels, central 3, 2 fasteners, 14 shelves of 78 x 28 cm and two sideboards with painted doors. The entire system is made in walnut.

Diseñador

Finn Juhl (1912 -1989) was an architect, interior designer and Danish industrial designer who specialized in furniture design. Considered the father of the concept 'Danish Modernism' or 'Danish design', he played an important role in a moment of restlessness and agitation in the development of Danish furniture design, and put Denbrand on the international design map thanks to his work .
His designs are a clear modernist expression, with soft edges and organic shapes that often lead to wood (usually uses dark woods such as teak) to its limits.
Naharro furniture distributes the pieces designed by Finn Juhl in its stores in Madrid and online store, with delivery and assembly service throughout Spain. Ask us any additional information.
