The PK20 leather armchair is designed by Poul Kjaerhol and designed by Fritz Hansen. It is undoubtedly one of the most prestigious contemporary designers, a comfortable and elegant piece for any space.
Originally, spare leather strips were used from the production of other leather furniture, to optimize production. The idea was rejected because of the diversity of the strips and, nowadays, leather strips of excellent quality are used.
The low back version of the PK20 is part of the permanent collection of the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.
Details: Leather seat and backrest. Matt chromed steel base. Seat height 37 cm.

Diseñador

Poul Kjaerholm (1929-1980) was a leading figure in Danish furniture and one of the most important furniture designers of the 20th century. Originally trained as a cabinetmaker, he studied at the School of Arts and Crafts in Copenhagen, where he developed a vision of modern furniture, combining artisanal techniques with industrial production.
During his life, he was honored with numerous awards, including two Grand Prix at the Milan Triennial and the Lunning Award. His work is present in the permanent collections of museums around the world, including the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
