Product description

Initially presented at 1938, the Little Petra armchair won instant accolades at the Furniture Exhibition of the Copenhagen Cabinets Guild, and subsequently won awards at exhibitions in New York and Berlin. It was one of the new designs of the architect Viggo Boesen, who was associated with the design aesthetics of Denbrand in the 30 decade, called style funkis . Distinguished by a softer and more abundant organic aesthetic that challenged Bauhaus' minimalist approach.
Named after Boesen's mother-in-law, Little Petra is surprisingly small, capable of adapting to all types of spaces, interiors and environments. Low, open and enveloping, embodies the essence of an armchair, allowing to fit into all kinds of cozy environments imaginable.
Much work has been done to ensure maximum comfort, from the seat to the upholstery. Respecting the love of Boesen for natural materials, the legs of the chair have been made in oak or walnut. The result is a cozy armchair that invites you to stay.
Details: Price for the armchair with legs in walnut oil or oak white oil and upholstered in Karakorum 003 fabric.
