Diseñador

Ludwig Mies Van Der Rohe (1886 - 1969) was born in Aix-la-Chapelle (Germany). In this same city he is a student of multiple art schools and craft workshops. At the 19 years he starts working as a furniture designer in a small design workshop owned by Bruno Paul in Berlin.
In 1929 he builds one of his most outstanding works, the German Pavilion at the International Exhibition of Barcelona. The following year he took the administration and direction of the Bauhaus in Dessau in Berlin, remaining in charge until the closure of the institution in 1933. Later he emigrated to the United States, where he began to make himself known with numerous and spectacular works.
