Brand

Oluce is a firm, the oldest Italian lighting design today is still active.
Founded in the 1945 year, it was a great success in the IX Triendal of 1951, in the lighting section directed by Achille, Livio and Pier G. Castiglioni. The firm quickly reached an international audience, thanks to the vision of Gio Ponti.
Already in the decade of the 70 years, Vico Magistretti became the main designer and artistic director of Oluce, giving an unmistakable stamp and a legacy of worldwide recognition.
From these years, collaboration with the most prestigious designers on the international scene is constant: Hannes Wettstein, Marco Romanelli, Sebastian Bergne, Laudani and Romanelli, the brothers Fernando and Humberto Campana. This group of designers was later reinforced by the addition of the American Tim Power, Harri Koskinen and the Italian Carlo Colombo.
For Oluce, the new millennium opens with new alliances and new energies. Each of his projects follows an important research and innovation path.
Naharro furniture is official distributor of the lighting brand Oluce with exhibition in its stores in Madrid and online store, where you can see and buy your entire catalog.

Diseñador

Joe Cesare Colombo (1930 - 1971), was an Italian designer who after a first stage as a painter, devoted himself to design.
In his beginnings, he began experimenting with new materials, such as reinforced plastic and with innovative construction techniques and manufacturing methods. His first design for Kartell was the chair No. 4801 (1963-1964) in three pieces of plywood. Such design inspired his later work with plastic, such as the chair Universale No. 4860 (1965-1967), the first adult seat molded in plastic by injection (ABS). He has also designed design icons such as the series of Coupé lamps.
Naharro furniture distributes the pieces manufactured by different brands of furniture and lighting and designed by Joe Colombo in its stores in Madrid and online store, with delivery and assembly service throughout Spain. Ask us any additional information.
