The Fiddlehead wall lamp belongs to the series of lamps of the same name, making reference to the shape of the ferns when they are sprouting. Designed by Jason Miller for the New York firm Roll & Hill, it is composed of a long arm where it gently swings a hand-blown glass globe at one end and uses the other as a counterweight. Details: Lamp made of steel with metallic finishes in blackened steel, bronze, polished nickel and brushed brass; and glass with transparent, smoked and cream finish.

Jason Miller founded his design studio at 2001. His designs are often based on the everyday aspects of contemporary American culture to create objects that are sometimes both conceptual art and contemporary design.
He has exhibited internationally, including solo exhibitions in Tokyo, Milan, Istanbul, New York, Miami, Los Angeles and Toronto. He was named "Designer of the Year" by the Brooklyn Museum at 2010. His work is part of the permanent collection of the Museum of Art and Design, the Corning Museum of Glass and the Brooklyn Museum. Miller lives and works in Brooklyn, NY.
