Product description

The sequence of geometric shapes and repetition are definitely the hallbrand of the Bouroullec brothers. His mastery, meticulousness and tireless spirit to go a step further has led them to work in Blur, a collection with two readings. When you see it from afar, you can see an indefinite, unfocused surface that gives its name to the collection. But nevertheless, when approaching one discovers lines and rhythmic rhombuses in different proportions, to the purest kinetic style.
This blurred effect has been achieved by inverting the sense in which the kilims are traditionally woven, thus making them much more laborious. This change in the production process causes the lines to be blurred, mixing two colors unevenly, creating an aged carpet reminiscent of the past.

Details: 100% Afghan wool spun by hand. Manual manufacturing
Total height: 4 mm.
Weight: 1,40 kg / m2.
