Poul Kjærholm PK22

Poul Kjaerholm was characterized by his modern designs, the lines are always very clean, and from my point of view, the PK22 armchair is one of the most elegant pieces.

The father of the PK22 was Poul Kjaerholm, a Danish designer who attracted international recognition for his contributions to the "Formes Scandinaves" exhibition in Paris in 1958. That same year he received the Lunning Prize, an award created by Frederick Lunning awarded between 1951 and 1970 to prominent designers for their work as ambassadors for Scandinavian design.

Poul Kjaerholm It was characterized by its modern and functional designs, the lines are always very clean and from my point of view, the PK22 armchair is one of the most elegant pieces of furniture of all time. Designed in 1956, in its time it became an immediate critical and public success.

Currently the factory Fritz Hansen and it can be done in two terminations: Wicker or Skin.
