Antoni de Moragas Gallissà projected this lamp - now edited by Santa & Cole- for your own use in your professional office in your mid-forty-four years. Rationalist architect, promoter of architectural renovation in the Spanish post-war years, he was the first president of the FAD Industrial Design Association. It is said that, having this lamp daily on his table, Moragas used to use it as the place to place his notes and recently received business cards, inserted between the passes of the ribbon.
A generous solid wood cylinder raises a luminous head with three bulbs directed radially outwards, all of them protected by an important circular shade. The ribbon of this shade is frequently used in the binding of books, made of white cotton with a silk lateral rib, an asymmetry that produces pleasant chiaroscuro against the light.
Details: Sapele wood base and silk-edged ribbon shade. Includes dimmer and three 4,5W LED bulbs.
