Designed by Gino Sarfatti In 1954, the Model 1063 lamp is a reissue of the brand Astep; a floor lamp with direct or reflex light, formed by a thin lacquered aluminum tube in which the light source is housed. The feeder is integrated in the base, a box of lacquered rectangular-shaped aluminum, connected to the tube through steel reinforcement rods in an off-center position, provides balance to the apparatus.
Details: Black structure with white base. Includes a 57W 2500lm 2700-5000K LED bulb.

Gino Sarfatti

Gino Sarfatti (Venice, 1912 - Gravedona, 1984) graduated in Aeronaval Engineering from the University of Genoa and from 1939 he dedicated himself to lighting, founding Arteluce, a national and international reference in the Modern Design Movement in the lighting sector.
Sarfatti designed and produced more than 400 lamps in his 30 career years, providing innovative solutions for shapes, materials, production technologies, light sources, lighting technical effects and design features, receiving numerous awards, like the Compasso d'Oro in 1954 and 1955 and the Honorary Diploma of the Triennale in Milan.
