Description
In a continuous effort to unite the sublime with the absolutely necessary, Poul Kjaerholm designed the couch PK80, today edited exclusively by Fritz Hansen. The result is one of the most sophisticated and iconic designs of Kjaerholm, with amazing beauty. The inspiration for the couch came from the Bauhaus, which, in turn, was inspired by the ancient Roman divans.
It was acquired in the 2004 year for the galleries of MoMA in New York.
Details: Price for PK80 upholstered in natural Canvas fabric. It rests on a bed of painted plywood, and the frame is made of satin and brushed stainless steel.
