Nærvær means presence in Danish and it is the central concept of this simple table by Norm Architects, which invites you to be present, whether connecting during a conversation or a cozy meal.
Ironically, Nærvær's design is so simple that it does not impose its own presence in a space. It consists of a powder-coated circular steel base and a cylindrical stem that supports a round or square laminated board. Do not forget the oak veneer along the edges of the table, a discreet detail in a design that could easily fit in a corner or a crowded space.
