Kamahara June (Jun) is a Japanese designer born in 1950 who currently resides in Fukuoka. Since 1978 established his Kamahara office, Jun started designing chairs and other types of furniture. In 1987 he designed a work called "La silla", based on aluminum smelting, receiving the "Design of the Year" award from the United States. This award made the Japanese master devote himself fully to the world of furniture design, combining it with architecture and interior design work.
