Wolfgang Tolk He studied at the Braunschweig School of Art (Hochschule für Künste Braunschweig Bildende) and at 1981 he moved to the Academy of Fine Arts in Düsseldorf with Professor Gerhard Hoehme. Designed the Mínimo halogen lamp, in collaboration with Ingo Maurer.
From 1990, along with his work as an artist, he designed prototypes of linear minimalist objects, especially in stainless steel and wood. He started working with Porro in 1999.
His works were exhibited in Cologne, Chicago, Milan and Kortrjik (Belgium).
