Isamu Noguchi (1904 - 1988) was born in Los Angeles. He studied at the Columbia University and the Leonardo da Vinci Art School. He founded his first studio and in 1927 he obtained the Guggenheim scholarship. Later he becomes an assistant to Constantin Brancusi in Paris and presents his first exhibition in New York.
